The Kanawha Sniper - WV True Crime

Random murders brought an entire region to a standstill in 2003. The people of Charleston, West Virginia were terrified to go out in public. This was thanks to the Kanawha Sniper who went on a shooting spree at multiple locations targeting people out doing mundane activities.
